All about me
I'm a creative leader and strategist, and I work with purpose-driven organisations to make memorable moments that matter.
For over a decade and a half, I've had the pleasure of working with a good third of the top charity brands operating in the UK and globally, helping them to cut through
the noise, and inspire connection, advocacy and action.
Brands are so much more than a logo to me. They enable those magical moments and experiences, shared between an organisation and their audiences. Moments that have the potential for great impact.
After working agency side for much of my career, I decided to make my experience more widely available in order to help more good causes.
I'm also mum to twins Lois and Arlo. Lois is Deaf. Her diagnosis kickstarted a profound journey of discovery for me; into the world of hearing loss, into the stories of people who identify as d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing (and those who don’t) and into Deaf identity. And also the world of inclusivity and equality for people with disabilities. And that journey has changed the way I approach what I do.
I am proudly neurodivergent. Our audiences encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and perspectives, and our experiences should mirror that diversity. It's not simply about letting everyone in, it's about making them feel welcome, too (thanks Matt Roberts for the quote).
I'm a BIMA judge and public speaker, and will happily get up on a stage and talk about inclusive brand experiences until the cows come home if you'll let me.
